Crab Rockefeller Stuffed Mushrooms

OMG! These are AMAZING! Made them for lunch today! We loved them! I love Oyster Rockefeller so i was drawn to this recipe. I used real crab- of course ;^), Baby Portabellas, and i put crumbled bacon on the tops. These are AWESOME! Thank you for posting this wonderful recipe! Love the photo BTW!

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  2. Dry and brush tops with olive oil.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Melt butter in pan.
  5. Add onion and sauté until tender, but not browned.
  6. Add spinach and mix well.
  7. Add crabmeat, cream, and cheese.
  8. Mix to blend.
  9. Stuffed mushrooms to heaping.
  10. Put in lightly sprayed baking dish; bake at 375 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes or until juices release into dish; brown slightly until broiler, if needed.
