Yum! This is way easier than traditional crab rangoons and makes a unique appetizer. Thank you! Made for PRMR.
We loved these! Had them for brunch on Sat and Sun. Followed recipe exactly and will probably freeze the rest. Thanks for a keeper!
Yummy, yummy, yummy! I made this as our supper tonight and it was great. I made the recipe as directed and then also served a veggie on the side. We still had a few leftover that I will try freezing. (I know the directions say to freeze before baking, but I figured I'd give it a whirl!) I makes a nice light meal, or I'm sure would be great for an appetizer at a party. Thanks so much for sharing this keeper!
I made these exactly to the recipe using DiB's Old Bay Seasoning. We ate one muffin each (the two halves) with a salad for a light meal and froze the rest to eat at another time. Really clear instructions and it was great to have the instructions for freezing included! Extremely flavoursome - and so quick and easy to make - and certainly a recipe that I'll make again. Thanks for sharing!
I totally loved these! I actually made them for a light lunch snack type of deal and ended up eating most of it myself. These would make perfect appetizers if cut into quarters. The flavor was great and simple to make too! made for the PRMR tag game.
these were yummy! I doubled the recipe, thinking 6 english muffins wasn't nearly enough for our crew. I've got plenty of sauce left lol... It makes a very creamy sauce, not really a spread, but it's very tasty. I plan to use the leftover on pasta as I think it'll do just as well there as it did on the english muffins.
