I like to make this quiche for holiday breakfasts or brunches. I really like the addition of fried onions in this.
- 7 ounces crabmeat
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1⁄2 cups French-fried onions
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 6 medium mushrooms, sliced
- Mix all ingredients and pour into quiche pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Let set a few minutes before serving.
