I love this recipe!!!! My hubby and I recently relocated and sadly that meant moving away from the best Chinese place ever. They made amazing crab puffs! So I had no choice but to find an amazing recipe. Here are my helpful hints to this recipe. Use Philadelphia brand Cream Cheese it is so much easier to work with. I left out the bread crumbs and ended up folding them like won tons which allowed more room for filling.....yum! and then I added some ground ginger and garlic powder (not garlic salt) and some pepper all to taste. Also I did not use the sesame oil. Hope this helps someone! :D

  1. Combine all ingredients except wanton skins.
  2. Fill wanton squares with 1 teaspoon of mixture.
  3. Fold over making triangles.
  4. Moisten to seal the edges.
  5. Use water or egg.
  6. Fry in oil for 3 minutes or until browned and puffed.
  7. Turn once.
  8. Serve with Chinese Mustard.
