      Definately a 5 star in our book. I added thin sliced sauted mushrooms and then used it as a crepe filling. This was delicious along with roasted asparagus and a small salad. Thank you for posting!

      Instead of Swiss, I used Gruyere cheese with very good results! I made this to have when a friend was coming over, and we both enjoyed it! The leftovers went very well over some puff pastry for me for lunch. I didn't use the cayenne pepper either, and just garnished it with a sprinkle of Tony Chachere's seasoning instead. Loved this!       This was good and easy to make. We used old bay to garnish instead of the cayenne pepper. The rest of the recipe I followed.

      Delicious, Nimz. Went together fast and smoothly. Can't wait to have the leftovers in petite puff pastry shells. Yummmy! Thanks for posting. Wish the photo had turned out better. Too anxious to eat it. :-(

      We enjoyed this with fresh bread to dip with for lunch. I was out of green onions so had to use yellow onions; I hope that didn't alter the flavor too much! This was really quick to make and very good! Thanks!
