Crab Meat Muffins

This is an easy appetizer you can do ahead. Keep the mixture refrigerated until ready to use. I sometimes have the crab meat already spread on the muffins then when my guests arrive, all I have to do is pop it in the broiler!

I have been making these for 30 years. The only thing I do differently is cut the butter in half.

  1. Mix together crab meat, cheese, butter, Miracle Whip, and garlic salt.
  2. Cut muffins into fourths.
  3. Spread mixture on muffins and broil til lightly toasted.
