This was fantastic and easy. I followed the recipe mostly but used 1 lb crab claw meat, added 2 stalks of chopped celery, 1 6 oz box stove top stuffing mix, milk instead of cream because that is what I had and about 1/4 of cup of shredded swiss cheese. Great as leftovers. Good warm or cold. Will be making this one over and over again.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix everything together.
  3. top with extra stuffing which is mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in small dish 30 minutes.
