This is one you will want to make again and again !!
- 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup herb stuffing mix
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup light cream
- cayenne pepper
- extra seasoned stuffing mix, for topping
- parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix everything together.
- top with extra stuffing which is mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in small dish 30 minutes.
This was fantastic and easy. I followed the recipe mostly but used 1 lb crab claw meat, added 2 stalks of chopped celery, 1 6 oz box stove top stuffing mix, milk instead of cream because that is what I had and about 1/4 of cup of shredded swiss cheese. Great as leftovers. Good warm or cold. Will be making this one over and over again.
This was amazingly fast to assemble and quick to cook and really, really good! I used chicken stovetop stuffing because that's what was on hand. Also, I would recommend using a small onion or use a 1/4 to 1/3 c. of onion because I thought this was too much onion for my taste. Excellent dish!
