This easy to make casserole is light and fluffy. The kids absolutely loved it as well.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups crabmeat (imitation will work)
  • 10 ounces frozen peas
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 12 cups mayonnaise
  • 12-34 cup chopped green onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in with rice.
  3. Let sit in fridge over night.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
