These are decadent and EASY!! I did cheat abit, cutting the recipe in half and toasting the bread in the toaster. My store was out of lump crabmeat, so I subbed a can of crabmeat. My not so seafood crazy husband, asked for SECONDS!!! This is just TOO GOOD not to try!!! I will make this often! Thanks Chia!
Kitten to the rescue once again! I was planning on making the crab with Old English Cheese on English Muffins. Of course, I purchased all the ingredients EXCEPT the Old English Cheese! Grrrr.... Fortunately, I had all of these ingredients on hand and it was a hit! Loved it on the toasted English Muffins - the only change I made. Thanks Kitten! Your recipes never disappoint!
This is a long-standing family favorite and so easy to make. Very rich and hard to stop eating them, once you start. We enjoyed these for Christmas Eve dinner. Highly recommended. Thanks for posting a classic.
