Crab Legs in a Smoker

Apple chips, preheat smoker at to 225°, put legs in while still frozen and smoke them about 25-35 minutes. Simple and delicious! (Use split shell crabs for more flavor.)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs crab legs
  • 12 cup melted butter, for dipping

Directions

  1. Get smoker up to 225 degrees.
  2. Wash frozen crab legs.
  3. Add apple (or whatever kind you like) wood chips.
  4. put them in the smoker while frozen.
  5. smoke for 30 minute.
