  1. Combine all ingredients except for the butter and bring it a boil.
  2. Whip in the cold butter until the sauce thickens.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Crab Fingers.
  5. Cover the crab fingers with milk, drain and lightly coat with flour.
  6. Lightly fry the crab pieces in canola oil heated to 350 F, until golden brown.
  7. Drain and toss with hot sauce.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite blue cheese or ranch dressing.
