You can substitute imitation crab meat if you like.

  1. Cook fettuccine according to label.
  2. Heat butter and garlic in a deep frying pan on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
  3. Add cream, crab and pepper to the garlic butter.
  4. Heat for about 3 minutes or until mixture just starts bubbling, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese stirring for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
  6. Mix crab sauce with fettucini.
  7. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese (optional).
