A simple basic crab dip recipe that can be varied by adding seasoning as per your taste.
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, grated
- 6 ounces crabmeat, drained
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Recommended seasonings are Tabasco (1/8 oz.), Paprika, ground red pepper, and a dash of Old Bay seasoning.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
