These came out really well, although I didn't follow the recipe to the letter (Probably would have been 5* if I had). Because I only had a small tin of crab meat and I wanted to try out the recipe I just eyeballed the remaining ingredients, but still used a whole egg so the mixture was probably a bit sloppier than it should have been. Consequently I just spooned the mixture into the pan without shaping them and dusting with flour. But they came out really well even so. I also didn't make the sauce, I served them with some Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce that I had.

It is very delicate to handle crab meat. The recipe came out well. We all loved.
