Crab Cakes

Quick, easy, yummy! What can I say!!

• Prep Time: 10 mins
• Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

• 1 lb crabmeat
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup cracker meal
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and form into 4 small cakes.
2. Sautee in butter til just starting to turn golden.
3. Serve hot. Use a sauce of your choice.

Thanks for this really easy delicious recipe. 10/10 I used the immitation crab meat and cut it up really fine. I left out the cayenne pepper and substituded with black pepper. Made into patties, set on wax paper and refrigerated for approx 1 hr (other recipes said 30 min or 15min in freezer) Before frying in butter I covered the patties in bread crumbs for a crispy batter. Busy snacking on one now, just as delicious the next day.

My husband said it was good, but I couldn't get it to make patties, only balls. I need to figure out why, and do it again.
