I used imitation crab because I had some on hand. I didn't have garlic powder so I sauted some fresh garlic and added it to the mixture before forming the patties. I sprayed the pan instead of using butter. My patties didn't stay together as well as I would have liked. That may have been because my "crab" was in lump form. I figured each pattie to be 5 WW Pt . It would be more if cooked in butter. I bet it would be even yummier in butter but it was pretty darn good as I cooked it.

  1. Combine all ingredients and form into 4 small cakes.
  2. Sautee in butter til just starting to turn golden.
  3. Serve hot. Use a sauce of your choice.
