The best creamy crab cakes I have ever had! These are breaded crab cakes, not Maryland style.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs, plus breadcrumbs for coating
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup cream or 12 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups flaked crabmeat or 2 cups jumbo crabmeat
  • 1 cup oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Heat on high until all ingredients are well mixed. Remove and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until cold. Form into patties, bread and fry until golden brown.
