  • In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
  • Add crab.
  • Mix gently.
  • Shape rounded tablespoonfuls into 2-in patties.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, cook patties in butter and oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with seafood sauce.
