Great little appetizer dip, serve with thin toasted bread slices
- 8 1⁄2 ounces drained artichokes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces large lump crabmeat
- 1⁄2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Drain and dice artichoke hearts (from a can is fine).
- combine in bowl with rest of the ingredients.
- place into a pie dish or shallow casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
