1. For me that's a 4 star and for DH that's 3. Cause he told me it has way too many lime juice and usually he likes a drink that is sour. I used fresh lime juice. Thanks Ellie :) Made for Newest Zaar tag under the 24-hour rule.

 2. At first I found it pretty strong but after a few sips I really liked it!!! I got 3 tbsps lime juice from 1 lime but the second drink i needed 1 1/2 limes. I might try the bottled lime juice, see if i notice a difference.

 3. For years, DH has been on a quest for the perfect margarita, and in that time I tried many a version that I felt was not quite right. The other night he made the Coyote Margarita, and when I tried it, I said, "this is it" and will be my margarita recipe of choice from now on. DH also really liked it. He likes a little stronger hint of tequila, so he added an extra splash to the finished version. Thank you so much for posting this keeper!

 4. Very good margarita. Very easy to put together. I even used splenda in this and it worked great for me. thanks

 5. Very nice flavor. I added just a bit more triple sec because I like it. Thanks for posting!

Tweaks

 1. I used stevia instead of sugar and I think that worked well. The flavor was not as sweet so I'm not faulting the recipe for that. We used Jose Cuervo ... I'm thinking I need to try some other tequilas to find my perfect match. Otherwise I'm finally making not only a drinkable but quite enjoyable martini! Thanks!

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
