Easy weeknight one pot meal.
- 1 lb ground venison or 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes, undrained
- Brown ground beef and onion in large Dutch oven, drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients in pot, cover and heat through. Serve over corn chips (Fritos) or rice and top with shredded cheese.
