SO FLAVORFUL. I was pleasantly surprised at how much flavor this little dish contained. My husband, who doesn't like anything I make had 4 bowls of it and told me 2 times that he liked it. I didn't have pine nuts and I added marinated artichokes. It was delish! I am going to make it as a side dish to garlic chicken fingers (Garlic Chicken Breasts) next time. Thanks for sharing.

I served this as a meatless dinner with a salad and some garlic bread. I loved it! Next time I might add some buillion to the couscous water and reduce the oil. The fresh basil is a must! Thanks for posting.

Very tasty indeed! Only change I made was to cut back on the amount of olive oil - I used just a couple of table spoons and don't feel that this compromised the dish at all. Thank you.

Loved it! What an excellent way to serve couscous... this is no lightweight of a meal, its full of favour, filling and totally yummy.I did add more cheese to the top as well as in the middle and the cheesier it was the better it we liked it. Only DH and I like and eat pine nuts in our house yet somehow we totally misplaced them, both of us rummaging through the pantry cupboard searching in vain, so sadly they weren't included. Even without them we enjoyed this very much and its definiately going on our regular family menu. Please see my rating system: a wonderful 4 stars. Thanks!!

A delicious and different way to serve couscous. This was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. Wouldn't change a thing. I served it as a side to your Danish Meatloaf, the flavors blended wonderfully. Thanks for another great recipe.
