This was pretty good. I used 1 can (1 1/2 C)of Swanson broth to 1 C of couscous and it was a bit wet. I added sauteed mushrooms but forgot to add onions to make a pilaf with this recipe. I found the whole thing a bit bland, but that could be from using Kraft parmesan rather than fresh.

I found this was a great recipe, it was a bit dry but I just put butter on it. I am a vegetarian and I subbed the chicken broth with vegetable broth it was yummy :)

This was good but was very dry. Next time I will double the chicken broth. Made for Fall PAC 2007.

This dish was good...a little dry, but that was probably due to something I did. My 2 year old ate it, so anything that can get her to eat a green vegetable gets at least 4 starts! Definitely worth trying.
