it is an alright dish, I added some fresh lime juice to give it more of a kick. I dont think I will make this again, I have better recipes for couscous.

  1. In a large bowl, combine couscous and oil, tossing to coat grains.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper and couscous and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and let stand until couscous has absorbed water, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add cilantro and fluff with fork.
  6. Serve immediately.
