Just perfect! This is a beautiful salad with just a hint of sweetness from the fruit. We just loved it.

Used veggie broth, added cucumbers and mint. I enjoyed all the flavors and made enough to enjoy several times. Thanks! Made for PRMR game.

I love grain based salads...so tasty and easy to put together. The only thing I changed was to use dried cranberries instead of raisins, just for our preference. This is a keeper!

This is very nice. I had to use saffron threads, as powdered is not available to me where we live. I wasn't quite sure how much to substitute, so only put a small amount in. I really liked the cinnamon hint in the background. Made for Photo Tag game.

I'm so glad that I chose to make this, it's a fab salad. Didn't have pine nuts so used sliced almonds. Other than that it was right down the line. The lemon, saffron and cinnamon all shine like the evening star in this with each being distinct yet complimentary to each other. Every bite is pure pleasure as you savor the great ingredients.

Oh dear I was so sure I had all the ingredients in the pantry with the exception of raisins so was going to use sultananas but I don;t know what happened to the safron so had to omit and then yes I had pinenuts just didn't realize they had been there too long so subbed walnuts and made as per recipe and 3 of us enjoyed with some left over. The dressing really lifts the flavours of this salad and I am sure the safron would make it even better. The DM had some leftovers for lunch today to which I added some ham, red capsicum/bell peppers, cucumber and red onion all finely diced and she thoroughly enjoyed.
