This was quite nice for something different, I originally made this for my 1 year old for breakfast but unfortunately he wasn't very taken with the texture, I even tried mixing it with weetbix but he still only had a few mouthfuls before spitting it out and I also found he didn't absorb the flax whole as they came through his nappy....I on the other hand enjoyed this mixed with a little vanilla yoghurt for something a bit different for breakfast. Thanks for posting!
