      forgot the chili pepper, subbed lime for lemon. absolutely loved this! delicious! :)

      made this today and loved it, I used one jalapeno pepper in place of the chili pepper next time I'll use two, I also added in a minced garlic clove, lots of freshly ground black pepper, before served I mixed in some cubed feta, so delicious!... thank you for sharing your great recipe Prairie! :)

      Wonderful salad - there are no in-your-face flavours there but the subtle combination is so very, very tasty! Used chives instead of green onion (which I couldn't get!) but otherwise followed the recipe; used 1/2 ts salt (I like to measure :-) ). Really good and will definitely get made again! Thank you!

      This is just lovely. What a nice, light, refreshing little salad to take to work for lunch or simply eat as a snack. I added some garlic powder for extra flavour. Thanks, ToryLynn!

      Loved it! I used parmesan-flavored couscous and crushed red pepper flakes instead of the fresh red chili pepper. Very refreshing change-of-pace salad. Great to take to work for lunch!

      This excellent salad will surely please your family and guests. It makes a great change-of-pace salad that adds flavor and interest to any meal. It is also a great way to use couscous. This is another winner from ToryLynn.

      Good Recipe. I used red bell pepper in substitute for the chili pepper. Added feta, Zucchini and Garlic Salt, and omitted the oil. Since there was such a large clean bite to mine, I added a pinch of sugar to mellow all the tart flavors. It really came together. I loved it!! I've made this recipe so many different ways. I certainly enjoyed it!! Thank you for sharing.
