Courtney's Yummy Non-Calorific Onion Broth!

"I made this for school, and I ate two bowls of it for dinner! It is lovely with thick french bread or soda bread. It is easy to make too and amazingly low in calories."

  • Peel and chop the onions into rings then dry fry them for 10 mins.
  • Sprinkle in the flour (to thicken the juices) and stir for a minute.
  • Add the water and crumbled up stock cubes and bring up to the boil.
  • Liquidise this mixture using preferably a hand held blender thingy (haha).
  • Serve and enjoy!
