Courtney's Yummy Non-Calorific Onion Broth!

- 4 large white onions
- 1 liter water
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
directions
- Peel and chop the onions into rings then dry fry them for 10 mins.
- Sprinkle in the flour (to thicken the juices) and stir for a minute.
- Add the water and crumbled up stock cubes and bring up to the boil.
- Liquidise this mixture using preferably a hand held blender thingy (haha).
- Serve and enjoy!
