- 1⁄2 cup diced unpared apple (about 1/2 apple)
- 1⁄3 cup diced celery
- 1⁄4 cup halved green seedless grape
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chpped nuts
- 1 cup bite-size pieces lettuce
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄4 cup salad dressing
- Toss all ingredients in bowl.
- Garnish salad with unpared apple slices.
