These ribs are mouthwatering and delicious and did I mention EASY! Add some fried rice a salad,nice bread, and you're good to go!!! Friends of ours had us for dinner and served these I couldn't believe it was such a simple recipe. Enjoy!
- 3 -4 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup soya sauce
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves

- Boil country style pork in slightly salted water for 2 hours.
- Prepare sauce ( you may use less garlic if you prefer. I use minced garlic the equivalent to one clove.
- Remove pork from water after the 2 hours and cut any fat off of pork. Place in an oven ready dish and pour sauce over pork. Cook in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Basting and checking frequently.You can double sauce if you prefer more saucy style ribs.
