  1. In large skillet, saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft.
  2. Add the mushrooms and tomato sauce, stirring to combine.
  3. Cook about 10 minutes, or until heated thoroughly and mushrooms are softened.
  4. Add the olives and crushed red pepper, cooking for a few more minutes.
  5. In serving bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.

Yum, Yum, Yum!!! I did add a bit of oregano, basil and red wine but yum, yum, yum!!!!! Fabulous!!! My daughter ate two plates of it!!!! Thank you so much Loren!!!!!
