Leslie what a wonderful meal we had. Kudos for sharing this recipe, for the moistest meatloaf I have ever eaten. Tasty, tasty tasty. Moist tender and extremely favorful. It held together beautifully considering how tender it was. I didn't have any tomato sauce so I used spagetti sauce instead. It worked beautifully with your recipe. Very nice meatloaf, lots of flavour and did stand up to sliceing well. I just made half a recipe, we liked the combination of veggies and the topping was very tasty, although I had no tomato sauce so I used crushed stewed tomatoes. over all the meatloaf was lovely and moist and I used 100% whole wheat bread. thanks for posting I will be making it again.
