very easy but complicated ingrdients. I used a boneless pork loin roast 2.5 lbs. cut and rolled as you cut to a 1/2 " thick then beat. much cheaper than a tenderloin a little more fat but thaI also is a good thing when it comes to pork.also i cooked it at 350 til 130 degrees then turned off oven for 15 min. then cut and OMG it was juicey and good Will have again
