this was easy, moist and flavorful. i just remember i do not like thyme, so next time i will season with a little garlic and pepper, no salt because the gravy was salty. i remember making this in home ec in junior high. i served it with steamed broccoli and steamed buttered rice.

  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. mix flour and thyme.
  3. coat chicken in flour mixture place in glass baking dish.
  4. pour gravy over chicken.
  5. bake for 1 hour or until chicken cooks through.
