- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 3⁄4 cup cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 3⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons yeast
directions
