I really love the cottage cheese added to the tuna. Makes it creamy and good for you. I added some paprika and just a squirt of spicy brown mustard. Delicious!

This made a nice healthy lunch today. I served it on a whole grain wrap with fresh vegetables on the side. I only used 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.

This was pretty good! I only used half the amt of cottage cheese (used fat free)-added mustard, used half fat free mayo & half fat free plain yogurt-added some pickles & lettuce-put the whole thing in a whole wheat tortilla. Very filling!! Thank u for sharing.
