A quick meal or a nutritious snack! Low in fat, high in taste. You can use any berry you like, I use blueberries since they are loaded with anti-oxidents!
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute (optional)
- combind all ingredients in bowl and eat.
