  • 4 pieces lavash bread or 4 pieces mountain bread
  • 4 tablespoons sweet corn relish
  • 200 g low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 (95 g) cans tuna in water
  • mixed vegetables (choice of salad vegetables eg tomato, mushrooms, lettuce, cucumber)
  • snow pea sprouts, to garnish

directions

  • Arrange the lavash bread on a flat surface and spread evenly with the corn relish.
  • Mix together the cottage cheese and tuna.
  • Spoon the cottage cheese and tuna mixture over each lavash.
  • Add salad vegetables to the top and roll up firmly to enclose.
  • Cut in halves and garnish with the snow pea sprouts.
  • Enjoy.

  1. I really enjoyed this. I'd never thought of adding corn relish to tuna before. the only change I made was to mix the relish in with the tuna & cottage cheese instead of spreading it on the wraps. This was a very healthy & yummy lunch & one I'm sure to make again. Thanks Sonya!

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
