This is spicy, sharp, snappy and smooth all in one bite from the South Beach Diet Cookbook.
- 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 4 celery ribs, cut into 3-inch pieces
- paprika, for garnish
- In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, scallion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into the celery pieces. Sprinkle with paprika.
