Reduced to 1 serving, I figure with egg and cheese that was enough protein. Served with 2 slices turkey bacon and an English muffin as a breakfast sandwich, this was amazing. Thanks for posting Konnie. Made for Bargain Basement Tag.

  1. Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.
  2. In a medium skillet melt butter.
  3. When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.
  4. Serve immediately.
