I really enjoyed this nifty little dish. My husband and I love paneer, so this was a god recipe to find. In response to Mrs. B's question about the cutlets sticking to the pan, just use a silicon or teflon lined pan (I know teflon is out of avour right now, but I haven't died yet, so I'll continue to use it). My DH and I love paneer, so this seemed an obvious recipe to try. I don't usually fry paneer because I always find it sticks to the pan, but I hoped that being grated and mixed with the other ingredients would prevent this from happening. Unfortunately it didn't and the cutlets fell to pieces in front of my eyes. If Charishma (or anyone else) can tell me where I'm going wrong I'd be very grateful. The end result was tasty though (even if I didn't end up with a pile of neat litle balls) and I used Charishma's recipe for ginger-garlic paste (which gets a 5 star rating from me).
