Got it from a newspaper, and love the different spicy taste. It's great just mix everything up in container. I eat Breton Sesame Crackers and dip vegetables in this. This introduction was posted by the original chef.......I have just adopted it (Feb 2006) and haven't made it yet.

I made this last night to have with our New Years Eve drinks. It was gobbled up really fast. Used a smokey paprika and took Leggy Peggy's advise and topped with some sweet chilli sauce and asian fried onions. Yum!
- 1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese (Low-fat if you prefer)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika (or more if you like spicy)
