A quick and satisfying snack/breakfast/post exercise-bite
- cut the banana in slices.
- drip on the honey.
- add crunchy granola and cottage cheese.
- enjoy :o).
After seeing PaulaG's pretty photo I knew I had to try this. I had it this morning for a quick & easy breakfast. I know I will be making this again. Thank you for sharing the recipe! Made for Spring '09 Pick A Chef.
This is so yummy. I made these in ice cream sundae dishes, layering the banana, cottage cheese, banana, granola, cottage cheese and ending with a few additional banana slices topped off with the honey. What a wonderful breakfast idea. The full 1 cup of cottage cheese with other ingredients made 2 nice servings. Made for *PAC Spring 2009*
