A bowl of cottage cheese with honey, cinnamon and sliced banana.
- Put 1 cup cottage cheese (lowfat) in a bowl, top with banana slices.
- Shake about 1 tablespoon (or to taste) ground cinnamon then drizzle about 2 tablespoons worth of clover all purpose honey.
- Take a spoon and enjoy!
