      Great recipe! However, I did eliminate the flour and lemon juice and it still was very tasty.

      A pleasant suprise. Tasted like mac-n-cheese, but a healthier version. Used 1/2 olive oil & 1/2 butter to reduce fat. Children liked it; Will definitely be making this again.

      This was good and certainly easy to prepare. I did add some garlic and tabasco.
