  1. Saute onion in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in milk and mustard.
  4. Cook until thickened.
  5. Stir in cheeses, lemon juice, then noodles.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Great recipe! However, I did eliminate the flour and lemon juice and it still was very tasty.
