- 283.49 g package broccoli or 473.18 ml fresh broccoli, cuts
- 236.59 ml diced cooked chicken or 236.59 ml turkey
- 236.59 ml low fat cottage cheese
- 118.29 ml egg substitute (see recipe #128089) or 2 eggs
- 4.92 ml instant onion flakes
- 0.61 ml paprika
- 0.61 ml garlic powder
- 0.61 ml curry powder
- 0.61 ml celery seed
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 1.23 ml dried sage or 1.23 ml marjoram, crushed

- 29.58 ml vegetable oil
- 78.78 ml 100% whole wheat bread crumbs
- 29.58 ml sesame seeds
directions
- Cook broccoli until crisp-tender.
- In a non-stick sprayed casserole, layer broccoli and chicken (or turkey).
- In blender, blend together cottage cheese, egg, onion, paprika, garlic powder, curry powder, celery seed, pepper and sage or marjoram.
- Pour over broccoli and chicken.
- In small bowl, combine oil, bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
- Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
