  1. Unfortunately, using Triple Sec brings this drink down. Cointreau makes the perfect drink.

  2. I made this for a friend who is a "Cosmo Snob" when she came over for dinner. She LOVED it, as did my Dad and me! The other recipes I have tried have lime juice instead of citrus vodka and the drink seemed too "limey". This was perfect with Absolut Citron vodka and 1/4 oz triple sec.

  3. Yum, Yum!! Have to admit, I used a bit less Vodka than called for, but it was really good!!

  4. LOVED IT!!!! These were SO tasty! I made them with just a splash of Chambord for a richer color. They were liquid perfection. I will enjoy these quite often!

  5. Very very nice. I'm drinking it right now, as a test for a Thanksgiving cocktail. This is certainly the kind of thing that makes people happy.

For years, not being the artistic or handy type, I decided I needed a hobby and nothing struck my fancy. It finally dawned on me that my joy of cooking, learning new recipes and feeding a crowd is my way of relaxing. I have become obsessed over my new hobby and am having a blast experimenting with all the neat gadgets and learning about food. The interesting thing about me is that I am from the North, but I cook completely South, to the deteriment of my physique. YUMMMY.
