Delicious! Because I was pressed for time I substituted in instant potatoes (for shame I know) this; however, make it much easier to prepare! I also added a tiny bit of smoked provolone, asiago, romano & fontina to the potatoes to accent the truffle oil. My only complaint is that the turkey should have been seasoned. It was a huge hit â€“ it even converted a nonasparagus eater to an asparagus enthusiast !
