"Try this fresh twist....from SakeOne.com Must use the Pearl sake from Momokawa...they are all different in flavor at this distillery - and all distilleries are NOT created equal, so it MATTERS!!! They rock!"

ingredients

• 2 ounces Momokawa pearl sake
• 1⁄2 ounce Cointreau liqueur or 1/2 ounce triple sec
• 1 ounce cranberry juice
• 1 dash lime juice

directions

1. Shake with ice and strain.
2. Serve up with lime wheel.
