I loved these muffins. Moist, crumbly and soooo delicious. I only used 1/4 cup of sugar because I find we are all putting way more sugar in our food than is really necessary. Next time I am going to omit it altogether because I could still taste the sweetness and I would prefer a more savoury muffin. Really quick and easy recipe.

I used brown sugar, added a tsp of vanilla, and sprinkled cinnamon sugar on the tops. Served hot with maple syrup. Beautiful recipe!

I loved these! I had fresh corn on hand so I added about a cup in. Soo yummy! I used buttermilk instead of just plain milk, and the texture was fabulous. Thank you!

I added my favorite spice rosemary and it turned out extra delicious! I don't have a muffin tray so I just baked this in a cake tin and later cut into squares.

These muffins are fantastic. They have a great corn flavor and just the right sweetness. We ate them warm and spread some butter on the. I'll make these again; thanx for posting.

Absolutely nothing wrong with a crumbly muffin. I did not find mine to be that crumbly. Just good!! It is kind of a standard cornmeal muffin but that is probably what makes it good!! Thanks for the reminder CoffeeMom
